You do not want to store the bacteria in the newly healed piercing. Take a shower, wash the area with soap and water. Gently rotate the belly ring so to wash the entire piece of jewelry. Let water and soap to stream into the navel, and wash soap away thoroughly. 5. After a shower relax and choose a comfortable possition on a bed. You'll need full access to your piercing area. Prepare the new belly ring - screw off the ball, wipe it carefully with saline and put it on a clear surface for a while. 6.
